    I second that. It's getting near Holiday buying season and Apple is going to have some new ipods for us to hang from trees or spin with our dreidels.

    Yeah, def. iPods on 9/11. But as far as Macs go, the MacPro is next.



    Unless they wait until MacWorld; in that case, MacPro isn't next.

    I didn't think of iPod. In terms of computers, I think it's going to be Mac Pro and anything else is just wishful thinking.

    Some new thing to replace the Mac Mini or a Mac Mini Pro etc in there. It's possible the Mac Pro will be updated before the Macbook but I think it won't be until next year with a CPU upgdate (to 3.16 and revisions with the others) as well as some new graphics cards that support the new OpenGL in leopard.

    They really like to update the Macbooks/iBooks before/after the Education season. So I foresee a new Macbook in September or October. I don't think we'll see iPods at Paris, simply because they tend to use big US media events for those (to maximize free publicity when it makes the news).
