Is my external hard drive dead?
Hi all-
I've had a Western Digital 120 MB external drive for several months, and it's worked just fine. In the past week, I started getting the "Your device has been disconnected..." message whenever I moved my laptop, and now the drive will not show up on my desktop. I've tried restarting, used both USB ports, and tried using a different cable. No good. My entire iTunes library is on this disk, so this is bad news at the monent. Any suggestions?
