What Processors is Apple using?

I'm curious as to what processors is Apple using in their iMacs and MacBooks. Everywhere I've searched I could only find the speed but no the actual processor i.e. T7100 or whatever.

Thanks for any info.

sorry, It was the only core 2 'extreme' on the site I was looking at for the numbers.

Just matched frequency and bus speed from here. and on Apple's site. I should have added a disclaimer saying they might not all be 'exactly' correct.

    Old information.

Apple is using an 'unreleased' part, the X7900

Definitely a nice chart. Just needs a slight update.
