Video Converter? (fly-->3gpp)

Anyone know of a video converter for the Mac that can turn a flash files into a 3gpp files? I need to stick a couple videos that are currently flash files onto my mobile.



Google has failed me rather completely what with qarchive spam (what's up with that?) and a variety of Windows products.



I'd prefer freeware since I only have to do four conversions, but I'd take something that costs.
