In college football, strength of schedule matters. There isn't a playoff system in place. When a power conference school like Indiana plays cupcakes, it brings down the entire conference. This, in effect, weakens the bowl bid for not only themselves but the other schools they have played.

    I did not know that.

How is Illinois' football team? I don't really know anything about their team. I know that their marching band is probably the best in the Big Ten conference, but that's it.

So I really don't know what to make of this season.

Ohio State now the #1 team in the nation after an undefeated season so far by playing pretty much nobody? South Florida #2? All the upsets, changes in the Top 10, and teams dropped from the rankings? It's one of the most unpredictable seasons in a while. Penn State loses its first two conference games on the road and then comes back this week to kill Wisconsin at home-- and we have Ohio State at home coming up soon. It's gonna be exciting going into the last few weeks!.
