okay, since the .mac changeover, how do i access someone ELSE'S iDisk public folder? i used to be able to do it from apple's website, but now i can't find it anymore...

or can i use mac os x's built-in "connect to server..." feature? and, if so, how?

    I'd download "iDisk Utility" from Apple.

    Yes..You can "connect to server"

    go to- <a href="http://idisk.mac.com/username/public"; target="_blank">http://idisk.mac.com/username/public</a>;

    It should be fine...may ask you for a password, if they have one...

    Also, it takes more than one try sometimes, and I find that I must just enter, idisk.mac.com/username, and a password to get to the public folder sometimes too.

    However, this solution will work if the user has updated their sharing privedges via the iDisk utility mentioned in the last post.
