I just replaced my Windows XP PC for my first Mac -IBook. I have not been impressed with the E-Mail I am presently have. I would appreciate any comments on the E-Mail System that Apple offers.

Thank you

Rick

Are you referring to Mail, the Mac e-mail client, or a .Mac e-mail account?

Apple Mail is pretty good. Make sure you get an IMAP email address...

I gave up with Mail.app a while ago and converted to GoogleMail ( use the excellent Mailplane to access ) after getting fed up with dealing with the amount of spam that Mail was letting get through to my inbox. Since then I have had approx 3 pieces of junk mail actually make it that far.

GMail may not be the slickest looking web mail client in the world but it is VERY good at filtering spam and has excellent search capabilities.
