Availability on new machines

If I were to buy a new iMac next Friday night, Oct. 26, would it come with Leopard pre-installed or would it come with Tiger, and then I have to get Leopard from Apple, for free of course, and install it myself? If not, when will this be possible? Thanks

    It depends on your store's inventory, but it's very unlikely that they'll have any Leopard-installed machines on the 26th (or 27th, or 28th). You'll be given a "drop-in kit", i.e. a Leopard DVD. You're free to install it yourself, or you could have them do it.
