Their online store

Look, this is clearly not a planned "update". If it had been that:

-They would have redirected all hits to the maintaince page from the beginning.

-It doesn´t explain Mac.com break down

-The numbers to call on the maintance page doesn´t have teh danish applestore number. We only got our store a couple of month ago.

I'm guessing the PM and iMac will be saved for MWSF, unless Apple plans to unveil a line of appliances.

Just some New Year adjustments. Chill out everybody. Paranoia reigns supreme on A.I. (as usual). The Apple site will be updated at approximately 2.30 PM Eastern Time on Monday. You can bet the farm on that.

I'm on. There are to many speculations floating around and that just because apple store are down at the moment.

This is "insane" to me. I'll go for the Sane Elite - it means absolutely nothing

I seem to remember this happening not too long ago, and the store reopened with nothing new...

They're probably just updating the server or something. Chill out people.

Stop speculating and face reality. When the store goes up again the iMacs and PowerMacs (at least some of the models) will say "Temporarily Unavailable." That's it folks. still good news though

They're not doing anything. It's just maintenance.

When they add products they have a different page.

After further thought, they could also just be updating their servers to better handle Monday's huge demand.
