What is Pluto?

Apple just sent me an invitation to participate in an online survey about Apple software for research apparently. One of the questions asked, (paraphrasing here) "What Apple software do you use on your iMac?" It listed all of Apple's consumer applications. I use or have used nearly all of them, but there was one that I have never heard of in my 16+ years of being a Mac user: "Pluto." There was another question that asked the same thing about the Pro apps, and I recognized all of those. The only thing odd about the entire survey was the inclusion of that one word.



Pluto... Anyone heard of it?



This got an eyebrow lift from me, if nothing else.

    Ahhh... that actually makes sense. I searched for a related thread before I asked, but didn't find anything. Good to know.

    Technically it's a dwarf planet but it used to be considered a real planet. Poor Pluto...
