IRT Wall-E, looks kinda interesting.
His films are very well made.
But they rub me the wrong way. You can appreciate a movie without "liking" it. I'm sure you've seen films where you thought "okay, this is a good film, but it's not really to my liking." And if you haven't, it's not an uncommon reaction to a film. Personally, I just find films from Stanton, Lasseter, and the Monsters Inc guys more enjoyable.

That in no fashion is a personal attack. I don't hate anyone on this board. If someone becomes too annoying for a while, I simply ignore them for a week or so and resume conversation with them when their blood pressure has gotten a bit lower.

There has to be a basic level of comprehension for discussion to occur. BRussell stated that he didn't believe he knew what objectivism is understood to be.
I merely ventured a guess that this is why Shawn didn't like the movies. I haven't meant at all for this to become about him or me. It was kept a bit light-hearted with some jokes but iPoster and Tonton expressed sincere astonishment at the films rubbing him the wrong way. If my guess is wrong then the point is mute.
