Registry is a beast on Windows only. There is no such thing on the Mac that needs hacking/tweaking to properly remove apps. Simply drop the app and any of its support files into the trash and you are finished!
In this movie, I am removing Adobe Photoshop. You'll note that I also navigate to the "/Library/Application Support" folder because Adobe stores some support files there. That is the standard location for apps to put any additional files.
