Chimera bug or downgrade?

the build of 20 december was supposed to be a good one, so i changed my 4 dec bbuild to that and now i feel



is it downgraded or is the lack of "VIEW IMAGE" and "COPY URL OF IMAGE" with a click just a bug??



i want those back so ... Brad, how do i hack those two feaatures back in it? i hope i dont have to wait till next year to get a build fixing that...

    I have "Build ID: 2002122104" and in the contextual menu I get:



    View Image

    Copy Image Location

    Save Image...



    Plus 5 others.

    i have the same build.



    i get ONLY :

    SAVE IMAGE AS

    RELOAD IMAGE



    NOTHING ELSE!!!

    what file is corrupted?? i've tried 5 times so far to fix it.. i dont see any file i could edit

    Uh, you do realize that you should expect nightlies to break from time to time, no? They are completely untested and provide no guarantees for stability, features, or anything else.



    That said, the menus are working fine for me in my 2002122004 build.



    Anyhow, have you trashed your Chimera folder in the App Support directory? What about the plist in the Preferences? You aren't adding on any hacks, are you?

    i have some hacks added but they have never done anything wrong in it. i just don't understand why i dont have now all those other menu stuffs when some others with todays build for them it looks ok ... so i tried even the unhacked version .. still the same..

    I've found an all.js file that looks to have some mouse prefs, but it doesn't look good.

    done it all. trashed verything...

    restarted, it still looks and does the same!



    so even the clean version does it for me

    thus my hacks arent causing that...





    how can the clean version look like that only with me?? i dont want to think to reinstall os x again to see if that would do it... can it be 6F21 or 6G24 that causes it ???

    Yea, it seems to work ok for everyone except me!!



    i saved the hacks and bookmarks, trashed EVERYTHING and tried more than once with the clean app. and i STILL get only save image and reload image only. and it really annoys me. how is it possible i STILL get it that way?? why me? and why suddenly with both 20 and 21 dec builds the same thing?? i'm with the official 10.2.3 () if that could have anything to do wth it ... *argh* ...

    What is exactly the file that gives all those alternatives with the ctrl click (view image, open link in new tab etc) ??



    And where do i find that?





    As this weirdo keeps even in the _new_ clean unhacked versions after having trashed everything chimera ever installed i'd like to manually modify or add the corerct file now. What can the file be called and where can it be?

    I managed to fix it now. Weird.

    So, i substituted the folder BrowserWindow.nib in the contents of chimera /// resources / english.lproj / with a working similar folder! NOw it's ok!!



    Weird that substituting all the app and several times did not fix that (but e.g. cancels every time the images prefpane that needs to be rehacked).

    Thx for the sender of the correct nib file now...

    There is a bug that has re-appeared and that is the side bar re-sizing issue. When the sidebar used to appear the window used to re-size and then return to its original size after the sidebar was closed. It no longer returns to its original size.
