This sounds more like a fan boys wet dream than the actual keynote. If it came true, Apple would probably be the #1 consumer of solid state drives (which, I suppose, would put them in position to get good deals on them).

Still, here's hoping. The MacTouch sounds freaking awesome and I've been wanting a Mini to use as an HTPC for a while now. Might be time to ask for a raise

I would buy a mac mini if only they came out with a pro version that can run a 2560x1600 resolution.

where is the "ONE MORE THING" sentence looks like good transcript though

    macTouch won´t happen :-(

I don´t think Apple will introduce another form-factor that detracts from the iPhone/iPodtouch look and feel.

The "NewtonPod" will not be a tiny mac that can run "most" of your applications. It will be a satellite for all the information you have on your mac.

That's not real. They wouldn't add 3G to the iPhone before bumping up the memory. The 2 will either take place simultaneously or 3G will be added after a memory bump.

Of course. And I remember at least one more time when we had such a leaked transcript. Guess what happened.

The fact that they only have prices for some of the products makes this guaranteed fake. Also, SSD in a Mac Mini??? Pe-lease.

Edit: if they keep Cinema Displays at same resolution, how can the 20" support 1080?

    Contradictory

Heh, you'll be lucky. Far too soon to even mention it.

Here's my biggest gripe with this list: Touch Runs OS X Mobile, it would get the same update as iPhone. It doesn't warrant mention here, it should have been listed with iPhone. And why does Nano which runs the same OS as Classic get left out? It's either all the OS X iPods and iPhone, or none of the above that are getting eBooks

Okay, what? That would have been part of OS X Leopard from launch, surely? That's the time it makes most sense to update Front Row. Oh wait, they did give it a major upgrade at Leopard. Too soon. Might get wrapped into iTunes for Windows use, may have a couple of things added, but a full widget engine? Heck no.

    Plain and simple BS

Apple can't win with some people! They'll introduce some great products, yet some people will still be disappointed because they're not getting everything on that wet dream made-up list.

Knowing the snail's pace at which Steve Jobs likes to present new stuff, all of this would take a day and a half to introduce.

The first item on the list, Mac nano, wouldn't surprise me. Apple seems obsessed with reducing the size of their hardware. Such a Mac would likely be a great computer but would be pooh-poohed by those who want tower specs in a micro computer.

From this list, I'd say pick two items and you might have a chance of being right about what we'll actually see at Macworld. Some of the rest might be spread out over the entire year.

i see no point for a portable macbook with no optical drive. kind of defeats the purpose of it being an "ultra portable" laptop.

i'm wondering how the new front row will work too. safari integration?

Guys, this is it. Spot-on, is all I can say. Spot on. Macrumors will probably be sued out of existence by end of this year.

The only thing is that it should be called the MacBook Touch, though Mac Touch makes some kinda sense because there already is MacBook Nano.

Cool, game over, let's get these products out and into the hands of customers. A very very interesting, exciting, productive and fulfilling Apple 2008 year. Stock should be $250 by end of the year. Not quite $300.
