Does Safari on iPhone have parental controls?

My next door neighbor's son just got an iPhone and he hangs out with one of my sons. Should I be worried about what content he may be showing my son? If so, are there parental controls on the iPhone's safari settings so it blocks adult content?

    Parental control - There are no parental controls and the ability to view anything on the web...porn. Also covering your tracks is a simple as a few touches.



    Should you be worried - \ Kids will be kids.

    I found out that the kid's mom turned off (or locked or blocked) Safari. I didn't know you could do this.

    And spam (unwanted) material provided on an internet forum will annoy the hell out of the readers of that forum.
