why does iTunes take you to the song when it finishes, does anyone know how to turn this off?... it's frustrating when you're looking for a new song and it takes you all the way back to the song that finished.
YES! You're not the only one who has complained about this. It's probably the most annoying thing I've encountered in iTunes. I don't understand it at all. It's not a feature as far as I'm concerned. I don't think you can turn it off.

My suggestion: make a playlist, then browse your library to your heart's content. Apple has decided how you ought to use iTunes. You must adapt yourself to Apple's way of doing things, because you're not going to convince them to change.
