Can't view Flash page in Safari!
I really like Safari, but I tried looking at some Flash content, and it gives me this error:
The page "Macromedia" has content of MIME type "application/x-shockwave-flash". You do not have a plug-in installed for this MIME type, but one should be available on this page.
<a href="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash" target="_blank">http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash</a>
Well I tried the install, but it didn't seem to fix this issue. Has anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it?
Thanks

flash sucks in safari!
Just to be sure, I visited <a href="http://www.macromedia.com," target="_blank">http://www.macromedia.com,</a> as I felt that the originators of the software surely have a beautifully coded and designed site.
The Flash loaded fine, but, as I said, the playback sucked.

I was just wondering if anyone else got the error message that the Flash plug-in wasn't installed, and if they had figured a way to fix it.
Thanks
If you haven't read my other post from <a href="http://www.mozillazine.org/weblogs/hyatt/" target="_blank">David Hyatt's weblog</a>:

Various members of the Flash community have been reporting low frame rates when using Flash in Safari. I'm pleased to report that we have corrected the problem. The issue was not in WebCore, so I can't post a patch, but the issue has been addressed."
