Just a thought, but Apple might have been changing all of it's European stores to work under the new currency. Not sure why they'd take the American store down, but the change to the Euro is the only change I've seen.

Those stores have been there, I dono if they have been in the pop-up menu tho. Probably I would say.

It was a play on words -Turkey- as in country and -Turkey- as in fool.
