Video converter

Hi I'm looking for a free video converter. I have a video that is in .wmv and I need to put it on my iPhone. If anyone knows of a good free video converter that will do this please let me know. Thanks

    oops I guess that would be important. I'm running on an iMac with OS X 10.4.
