Nevermind, problem solved! Sorry, thank you for your help! It turns out I did not have the same version after all, and the update changed the way things were stored.
Oh, I wanted to add... It's not that one is in alphabetical order and the other is in reverse alphabetical order. They're both in alphabetical order, just with one playlist having numbered CDs at the bottom and the other having them at the top.
If you mean sorting by name, time, artist, or something like that... No, they're the same on both computers. If there are more sorting options somewhere, though, they could very well be different and I would not know.
