Just wondering if anyone knows, does it work? Will the iPhone continue to function in iTunes 7.6.1? Does anyone have any personal experience with this?

Just curious as to why you would think this a problem?

Because it's a jailbroken iPhone and Apple are sneaky.

You have a point but normally things like crippling an iPhone come with a software upgrade. Right now I think Apple is happy to see iPhones flying off the shelves in stores in droves. They are making cash right now that they can keep all to themselves.

True. I am hoping that is their view too. Otherwise they are kind of missing the point.
