No, that's camión. Camino is simply a walkway, pathway, or something similar. It's not quite a street, but it has more to do with a smaller (and with implications of beautiful) road.

Anyhow, perhaps you are thinking of that weird Chevy car-truck hybrid thing from the 80's that they called the "El Camino". Bleh.

um... the chevrolet el camino was not just from the 80s... although the 80s version was the most horrid.
they were made in 1959-1960 and then 1964-1988
