Finder Changes in 10.1.1
I've noticed one thing new about the finder in 10.1.1:
Arrange your drives on desktop by name (turn them off and on again or something) when the dock is on the bottom, then, move the dock to the right, and the drives get out from under the dock, moving a column over to the left.
Kinda nifty.

another thing that has changed is that you can drag the icons in column view .

which icons?
Until Apple supports my RagePro video card I wont be completely happy with OSX.

Ditto. I've got a Rev. D iMac and it would be nice to have some games...
But that's another thread eh?
"You people with your old macs, why can't you stop complaining? Oh, and by the way I think I'm having trouble with the RAID configuration on my Dual 800..."

Obviously there is always hope that Apple actually has tweaked a bit.
How damn difficult can it be to make a stupid window to resize???
Glad I made a back up of my hacked file.

now it works great!

...don't use SMB, WebDAV so I don't know to what extent that has been improved.
Not sure what kind of "USB and Firewire improvements" have been made. All I know is Epson still hasn't released the drivers for the Perfection series office scanners. My C80 office printer seems to work pretty well though.
Wacom still needs to work on their Intuos 2 driver...they basically grafted the old one onto an OS X winow bar. Pressure sensitivity calibration doesn't seem to work that well yet.
Will try burning a CD later today to see if that's been sped up even more under iTunes 2. I already noticed a big difference between burning discs from v1.x and v2.
I found they finally fixed the window size bug. Where the window was taking up un-needed space. You know where you had a bunch of white space.. but when you tried to get rid of it the scroll bars would appear.

Unless you have "snap to grid" enabled, then it works on all but the left edge. And it still isn't smart enough to eliminate white space on the left and top, regardless of where the original icons were.
