OS X iPhone IDE for Windows?

Since you need an Intel powered Mac to run the iPhone emulator, what are the chances that Apple has developed the same IDE for Windows?

The IDE to develop apps on the Mac sucks, do you think they have time to port it to Windows?

They'll release OS X for general hardware consumption before they release Yellow Box with your hope to have the iPhone IDE.
