If you go to the Software Updater within OS X (asuming you have OS X at work), you can go to the File menu and choose Save As and download the .pkg file to be burned to CD and then installed on whichever machine you want.
If you don't have OS X at work, you'll have to wait a few days for Apple to post a link to download it yourself.
On your work computer go to The Library folder on your hard disk, then the Receipts folder. I think if you copy "MacOSXUpdate10.1.2.pkg" you can install it on your home computer.
You have to copy that pkg in the temporary folder BEFORE you restart the computer. There was something on macosxhints.com about it. Here's the article that talks about it:

Does anyine know of a direct link to the file. I have tried 6 times using software update at home and each time I get 10-20mb down and I loose the connection to my ISP. If I can use the download manager from i.e.5.1 for OS X it will re-start where it left off. I really wish Apple had included this function into "software update"

I thought that too but I can say from experience it doesn't (at least not in my case). I was half way done or so with it and somehow I got disconnected...it said to just click "OK" and then "Install" and it would restart from where it left off...but it started from the begining.

I wanted to keep the pkg intact but for some reason, when it gets expanded it's just a normal folder. You can try it and see if it works.

Thanks, it worked perfectly. Unfortunately I'm still having some problems with 10.1.2.
