Backing Up iCal and Address Book?

I want to add the info I keep in these two programs to my daily backup. I use Backup btw.
Anyone know where the info is actually kept? I did some searches, and it seems maybe to be in the Apps themselves? Can't be sure...

Have you rooted around in your Library folder to see if the files are there?
