Excel/Word Compatibility MAC/PC

Does anyone else have problems copying figures (charts) made in Excel into Word? When I copy the figures into Word, they appear ok on a MAC, but when viewed on a PC, the y-axis disappears. I am using Office 2004

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

What version of Windows and Windows Office are you using?

I've gone from 2004 to 2002/2003 Office with charts inside Word without this problem.

It's Mac, not MAC. MAC stands for Machine Address Code, and you may confuse people if you capitalize "Mac".

I am using Office 2004 on my Mac. For the PC, I'm using XP and I guess office 2003? (not the newest one).

I find that if I paste the figure from Excel to Word as a MS-Office table or a "picture", the y-axis doesn't appear on Word on the PC. On the Mac, it's ok.

    Thanks.
