Cannot Access Company Voicemail...HELP!
I am okay with most of the issues on my iPhone and am content to wait for the software update...that is until this latest issue.
In order to access my company's voicemail syatem I have to dial ** then my mailbox number, then my password, then # (Nortel system which is common among many businesses). My iPhone cannot dial the ** with dial tones quick enough to trigger the voicemail system. ALL OTHER CELL PHONES WORK!!
I looked on Apple's site and there are others that have posted this issue and even spoken with Apple but there seems to be no fix. If I cannot access my office voicemail on the road, this phone is going back.
Any thoughts??
