    Why would someone send a job application to a mysterious job? Besides, it's not a job, you need someone else's help because you don't have the knowledge to get it done. If you want to get an app made you'll have to do better. No offense, you might be straight up, but you're coming off as dodgy here. Not that I still don't think it might be spam.
