Application install fail

hello everybody, can anyone tell me what that means if I want to install an application but it fails and file named 1 is created.

    It is mine. I've developped it and created an Installer, but when I've distributed it for clients, some of them have an error and a file named 1 is created.

    Most Mac applications require a simple drag & drop to install. You created one that does not. Who do you think would know more about it than you do?
