Wow grid view sucks!

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
I decided to use the new grid view in itunes 8. So I went to use it like like I do coverflow alphabetically by album and guess what...it cant. What the hell? Why would I choose the album tab only to have my songs sorted by artist. Both list and coverflow do it but grid can't? Weak.



I really like the look of grid but this isn't the way I'm accustomed to or like looking at my music.

    I agree, the grid view blows. Fortunately list view is still around.

    Actually I'm gonna look stupid now but I just realized if you right click on the tab getting further sorting ptions. One of them being by title. I really wish I had tried that before I posted.
