Transferring Playlists to iPod ???

I have a new iPod and a new computer - and want to transfer the Playlists from an older iPod to the new one - thus want to transfer the Playlists to iTunes first.

I have all the same music in my iTunes library as the old one - just not the playlists created on iTunes.



I cannot seem to find a way to copy older Playlists to iTunes on my computer, without a long manual re-creation process - is there a trick to this anyone can help me with ?
