Multiple Video Cards: Core Image/Video Question
I'm running an 8-core Mac Pro on OS X 10.5.5 and just upgraded the video card from an ATI Radeon HD 2600 (256MB) to a more powerful ATI RADEON 3870 (512MB).
My intention is to accelerate my image and video processing when I'm working within Pro applications.
Question is... will multiple video cards increase my graphic (core image, core video) processing speeds? I only plan on having 1 display connected at any time, so I was just curious if I could leave my older card in there for a little extra power, or if i should sell it.
