Do you have NetBlockade or Spy Alert installed? Because that's being referenced in the stack trace there.

If so, see this thread from the Apple Support forums:

The kernel panic is the Unix (and in this case, Mac) version of the Blue Screen of Death.

Basically, the spy alert software that Yama mentioned is making the entire computer unstable. You don't even need software like that on a Mac anyway. They're immune to spyware and viruses. Just turning on the OS's existing firewall by going to System Preferences>Security>Firewall, and turning it on, is enough.

Thank you for your help, I never thought it was that, I read it could be Real Player or AOL For Mac, I will fix this tonight. Thanks again

Read the crash report you posted yourself. It says exactly what the problem is:

It's having trouble loading the preferences.

Also, AOL for Mac sucks worse than the iChat app that Macs come with. But Adium is the best possible IM client out there. Coming from Windows, it can be thought of like Trillian. But it's sooooo much better. You can customize it to look, sound, and feel however you want it to. Use The Adium Xtras to help out with that.

Also, Real Player again sucks. Get Perian, which is a plugin for the existing Quicktime player that lets you play any movie file with the built-in Quicklook feature, and VLC as the stand alone video player, which will handle the one or two formats Perian doesn't.
