Can I convert .swf's into .mov's?

I have a program, Jing, that saves my screen recordings in to .swf (which i think is an adobe flash player) but i can't really watch them unless i am running that program, then i can watch it as a saved file, but i want to use it as a .mov (or maybe a .flv, .m4v, .avi so i can at least convert it with the program i have)in iMovie and such. Is there any way i can convert these, or any software i should get to do so? Responses would be greatly appreciated,
