LOL no way. The MacBook Pro, however, should be able to run Crysis on "High" (not MAX) settings.

Very true! Crysis is a game that is very far ahead of its time, as far as framerate and resolution goes.

It's nearly impossible to run the game at full specs. Well I say impossible, I really mean not economic. It would take alot of money to build a system capable of running your game.

The Macbook was tested with Crysis and was found to be pretty much unplayable. Crysis Warhead, which is designed better for lower end systems works though:

You miss out on a lot of quality in the graphics though.

The new MBP looks better but still can't max out the game:

Though that demo didn't look like it was run properly. The MBP would probably handle Crysis Warhead pretty well.

I would aim for a lower end game personally on the MB as well as a more interesting one. The Crysis demos are mainly just running about shooting a couple of times or blowing random stuff up. It's probably the most boring FPS game I've ever seen.

Get one with a storyline and a mission like the Half-Life 2 series.

    Crysis is just poorly designed.

If you think Crysis is bad, you haven't seen the required/recommended system specs for the PC version of GTA4:

Some of the reasons I stopped playing PC games. And PS3 games don't interest me, somehow... Looking for my next gaming fix... I wonder where it will come from... No, not Wii
