Downloads and the Dock

I just purchased a new MacBook. On my old Powerbook, a new download would appear as the top icon on the downloads placeholder on the dock.



On my new Macbook, the top icon is alphabetical, so the new one is buried inside the folder listing. Ouch !



There must be a setting for this.
