I was hopeing someone could tell me if I am buying a camcorder that I can use. I was thinking of getting the Sanyo VPC-HD1010, but I don't know if it will work with my Mac book. Here is the link http://www.warehouse123.com/ProductI...NVPCHD1010-BLK . Any help would be great! Thanks

Says it records MPEG-4/h.264 video with AAC audio. That's pretty much made for a Mac. Oh, and this definitely does not belong in "Future Hardware."

My bad, I found some samples videos of its previous model HD1000. This video camera looks interesting.

Spend the money, stick with Panasonic's offering:

Works quite nicely with FCS. It's not one's "A" camera, but the video it produces cuts quite nicely as a "B" or "C" camera, and its size allows one to get shots one can't get otherwise.

As for the Sanyo, it looks like it would be incredibly tricky to hold for solid shots over a typical clip. IMO, the Panasonic camcorder linked above would be easier to obtain quality video with.
