Can't copy Navigation Disk - Suggestions?

I just bought a new car with Navigation. My older car also has Nav but no disk. The systems are compatible and the new disk works in the old car.

Now, I've tried a couple of different methods of copying and burning, but nothing seems to work. Here's what I've tried:

Toast 8 Titanium - Disc copy & Image file

Disk Utility - Tried creating disc image

Copy to Desktop -

None of these methods worked. It just stopped and gave me a general error each time. Of course I didn't write down what the disc error was.

2.6 GHz MacBook Pro OX 10.5.5

Titanium Toast 8.0

Disk Utility 11.1

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can copy this damn thing?

Thanks

Well after several more attempts, I was finally able to save it as a disk image and then burn it, using toast onto a DVD +R.

Using Disk Utility change the default Image Format from compressed to DVD/CD master. Keep Encryption to none. Then save as.

Then, using Toast Titanium 8, I selected Copy / Disc Copy and dragged the disk image into the window. I also lowered the write sped to 4x. That did it.

    Hope that helps someone.
