15" Now or wait

I have luckily received authorization to expense a new macbook pro.



I currently have a 17" with a screen that is dimmer on one corner.



I am thinking about getting a new 15"...



But I was wondering - Are they going to rev the 17" in January?



Just looking for opinions, the advice page lists macbook pro as buy instead of wait...



Thanks for any advice....

    I thought there was macworld in Jan - but it is just the last one apple will be at. Plus Steve wont be there....



    But there might still be an announcement regarding 17" macbook pros?



    It seems strange that only 15" has been updated - unless they are dropping the 17" from the lineup... ?!?!?@

    Steve may or may not be there in some capacity for some portion of MacWorld, but he will not be delivering the keynote speech.

    I think its quite conceivable that the 17in will be refreshed very shortly

    WAIT. If your company is going to pay for it. Just wait a few days. It may be announced.
