Hi All,

You may remember me from last year when I revealed the place holders for the New MacBook/MBP's.

Here they are again this year. I don't know what the descriptions mean however, these are the codes and their descriptions.

I presume this is iWork '09 and iLife '09 going by the Retail/Family Pack Version. Perhaps this means no iMacs and only one Mac Mini?

It appears Snow Leopard will be released tomorrow and unlike before there will be an "Up To Date" version for users that already purchased Leopard. Instead of re-purchasing Snow Leopard Retail, you can buy an upgrade.

MB604LL/A - K20,BEST - USA

MB942Z/A - MB942 RETAIL -INT

MB943Z/A - MB943 FAMILY PACK - INT

MB946LL/A - MB946 MEDIA SET

MB966Z/A - MB966 RETAIL - INT

MB967Z/A - MBB967 RETAIL FAMILY PACK -INT

MB971LL/A - MB971 MEDIA SET

MB976Z.A - MB975 UP TO DATE - INT

MB997Z/A - MB997 RETAIL - INT

MB998Z/A - MB998 RETAIL FAMILY PACK - INT

Enjoy = )

Giving me SL for free would be like a late Christmas present from Apple.

    Bring it on!

It's not free, there's an upgrade disc for people who bought Leopard. It will just be cheaper like the old upgrade discs were.

On the subject of the single Mac Mini. iMac = dead.

One Mac Mini = Q9000 quad 2GHz, 2GB Ram, FW800, Mini-dp, DVI, SSD option, Nvidia 9600M GT. Price of low end iMac.

Snow Leopard release with one of those = .

having a Up To Date version may be bad for apple in the Psystar case as they may end having a hard time saying that it is upgrade only. So does this mean mac os x for all systems or is that so big that it will be shown in a superbowl ad?

OK, guess this was a bust. Obviously it was placeholders for the iLife and iWork updates.
