No fiber optic port? There is no way that it will sell.

I am suspicious of the fact that the optical disc drives are not shown. I will not compromise on my demand for the Blu-ray SuperDrive.

Would be nice to have that many USB ports on my iMac though sometimes.

    Where is FW3200 & FW1600? Didn't they finalize FW1600 awhile back?

To my knowledge FW1600 and FW3200 have been ratified. Its just a matter of Apple utilizing the technology. Since FireWire in general is up in the air, its hard to say what Apple will do with FW1600/3200. It would be nice to have as it would be a killer interface. Both FW1600 and 3200 use the same 9 pin interface as FW800 so it wouldn't require a larger connector.

Okay you left out the NuBus slot, floppy drive, modem port and ABD port

    It's a no-go, forget it, wouldn't buy it...

This may actually be somewhat close to the truth. But there is no need for any batteries.

I think the 20" iMac will soon become luggable. It's essentially a 20" laptop now, in a less-convenient form.
