LaunchBar. Dunno about this one yet. Haven't really used it... Kinda invasive. ::shrug::

Give LaunchBar a chance.Once you adjust to it, you'll never want to be without it. I feel like an amputee when I sit down at a machine with no LaunchBar. I keep hitting CMD-Space, but nothing happens.

i hear ya, brother. Great thing about it is that it's completely hidden unless I want it to come up. I don't use the menu extra (I think that's a little dumb), so I don't see it unless I want to. Great app all around (though, it's been getting a little slow lately. And it has trouble when I move things...stupid paths...)
<a href="http://chimera.mozdev.org/" target="_blank">Chimera</a>, at version 0.3 already the best browser for OS X, IMO.
It's the Gecko rendering engine coupled with a true Aqua interface. As fast as or faster than Mozilla, but with native controls, keyboard-navigable tabs and an OmniWeb-style bookmarks/history drawer.
The preferences are still coming together but Chimera will set many of them on-the-fly; e.g., the first time you encounter a pop-up, Chimera asks if you want to prevent all pop-ups in the future. Smart.
