Best online word processor google docs not working

i used to use google docs now it seems it thinks im from the middle east left justify and place punctuation at the beginning of the sentence so i have not been able to use it for 2 weeks (on all computers mb c2d 10.4.x, new imac leopard safari 3.x and firefox3.0) i've tried settings and the check box for hebrew etc is not checked, anyway google help hasn't so i'm looking for a new service

i'd like to import word, make it a pdf and perhaps collaborate





so suggest away

    that's not truly "online" i don't have the recent iwork09 which it requires

    i need an online solution that works on both mac and windows a google docs replacement
