According to Think Secret, one reader has reported that his copy of Jaguar shipped out yesterday (August 13). The copy was ordered the day after the Keynote. I ordered the same day, but mine hasn't shipped yet. My fingers are crossed, though.

Did anyone else notice the new powermacs ship with Jaguar? And with the two low models shipping in 1-3 days, you could have a copy of jaguar here a good week before it's supposed to be released. Maybe it's just incentive to buy a new powermac?

That has to do with shipping to retailers; this thread is about it shipping early, directly to end users. Two different animals.
