DVD output to DV

What programs will help me output a DVD (video_ts) to a DV camera via firewire 400? No illegal content, I have a family shot dvd.

    Final Cut Express has a print to tape option that will let you output video onto your camcorder but you would convert your video_ts into DV first using software like MPEG Streamclip. I don't know if there's free software that would allow you to stream video over firewire and you could hit record on your camcorder though. FCE is a good editing program and not that expensive but if it's a one-off conversion, it's a bit much.
