According to the online tracking, my copy of Jaguar was delivered to my house. But, alas, I was at work, and now I have to stop by the fedex distribution place on my way home from work. Gives me more reasons to want 5:00 to come...

Guess if you bitch and moan enough, you get your way. Still haven't received an email beyond my original acknowledgement. My apologies to Steve, Phil, Avie, etc. My faith is restored. I'll be one of the first to order a Lucida, whatever tablet type thing you offer, and a G5. Technically, however, I still feel I should have received my copy before someone who ordered a month later. Check out my tracking page on the first page. My Jaguar package apparently has multiple personality disorder. It arrived at Rancho Cordova, then arrived at Oakland before leaving Rancho Cordova.
Maybe it split in two and and the pieces are currently orbiting the sun? Nah, FedEx is incompetent, but not as incompetent as NASA.
Funniest thing just happened. I got my "shipment notification" and tracking number 12 hours after FedEx dropped of my Jaguar package. Obviously Apple isn't just shipping out of order but also e-mailing out of order. Can't complain thought, since I'm now working in Jaguar.
It's such a pleasure not to get Sherlock when I press command-F in the Finder! Jaguar is now equivalent to or better than OS 9 for me.
My package shipped out of Cordova, TN, too. Some people in the Bay area already have their packages. Mine will hopefully arrive here in Champaign, IL tomorrow. 8) I might head up to the kick off event at the Chicago Store. I've heard from a little bird that they're giving away 10.2 Shirts with the furry X logo. If you're near a store, you might want to check it out.
