I am on my Pismo (PowerBook G3 [firewire], 640 MB RAM, 400 MHZ) running JAGUAR, and I must say that I'm not impressed by it</strong><hr></blockquote>

I performed a clean install on fresh disks. I ONLY installed basics + BSD subsystem. No extra apps, no fonts, no localization.

The 10.1 &gt; 10.2 difference is super noticeable for me on a DP500/1gig/Radeon8500

What about existing documents and user files like pictures, mp3 etc etc.

Do these get saved if I use the archive+install option ?

I used the straight upgrade option and the performance actually degraded. It takes longer to boot up and shut now than on 10.1.5. Also takes more than one click to launch some menu options.
