    Generally, Windows Vista is a software developed by Microsoft. It's perfectly safe but beware of viruses that have the potential to target Windows Vista such as the Conflicker Worm. Just be on the look out.

    Nah, it's not a virus. A Virus is characteristically malicious. Vista didn't "intend" to cause all those issue, it was just immature.
