    I think this WWDC will be about software rather than hardware. 10.6, OpenCL, Grand Central and iphone OS 3.0, which are all hard to photograph in an elevator.

    There may be future special events to introduce a new tablet, ATV and iphone.

    Of course if Apple wanted to make more money, they'd release a new iphone bundled with 3.0 sooner rather than later and wait to release 3.0 for older iphones prompting an upgrade.

    I really hope they show some impressive OpenCL demos.

    I think temporary insanity depends on Steve Jobs being there. LOL

    I wish they'd both come back.

    Ok, I've just talked to SJ and he told me the following:

    1 - New iPhone hardware and software;

    2 - Slightly updated MBs and MBPs (speed bumps);

    3 - SL preview, release by August;

    4 - One more thing: Himself.

    Outside WWDC, Apple TV update to allow for more video formats.

    I really do miss the blurry elevator photos and the hyper ventilating fan base.

    <sigh>

    I was just searching the cobweb infested space that at one time held something resembling a brain, trying to remember the name of that thing... Thank you for making that search a short and sweet one (and a bonus it didn't even involve google).

    Oh and for the record, I still wanna believe that was real!

    Maybe one decade it will be....

    The Meerkat will eat cheese on the high plains when the leopard's spots shrink.

    Sixteen trains all run on time, with dancing fruit and magic pi.

    Pixeled Quiche is on the table, knives and forks are not allowed.

    I think there are fewer people doing peyote and speculating on apple products than there used to be..
